Imagine West Shore – A Regional Vision Realized

 

Imagine West Shore (IWS) represents a collaborative planning effort among Camp Hill, Lemoyne, and Wormleysburg to build a sustainable plan for these three gateway communities to continue working together in pursuit of achieving a common outcome. RETTEW, along with Arro Consulting, Inc., joined with community representatives to openly examine and discuss common trends and issues facing each of the communities within the region and to assist in creating a plan based on these concerns. RETTEW and Arro Consulting, Inc., worked with the communities to help local officials organize the many different groups’ and committees’ community revitalization and betterment efforts into one consolidated document. This document helps with cooperative collaboration of efforts and resources while still retaining each municipality’s individuality. The resulting regional community plan is unique in that it formed a true partnership among the communities, which extended beyond the creation of the plan into implementation and continued maintenance.
